Can I place an order for an item that is currently out of stock?

Yes, please call us at 469-644-0902 or email us at contact@alejaavila.com to check on the status of the item.

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes, only if shipped to a Texas state address. We are required only to charge sales tax in states in which we have a physical retail presence.

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Paypal.

How Long will my order take?

All shipments take an average of 1-2 weeks upon availability.

Are any items excluded from discount codes?

Discount codes cannot be applied to sale items or combined with other offers.

How do I report a damaged item/I received the wrong Item?

I guarantee my work. All items are inspected before I ship them. I accept damaged merchandise for a refund or exchange, depending on my current inventory. All damages must be reported within 30 days of the day the order shipped. Items must be returned to us in original packaging. If you wish to report a damaged item, please call me at 469-644-0902 or email me contact@alejaavila.com. I will contact you within two (2) business days with instructions on how to proceed.
